What every one of the 26 includes

Modern appliances, hardwood-style flooring, a private bathroom of your own, and large windows with real natural light. Not a shared bathroom down the hall, and not a basement unit with a window well — every home in the building has all four.

What actually varies between them

Laundry depends on your floor: the sixteen homes on floors 3 and 4 have a washer and dryer inside the unit, and the ten on floors 1 and 2 use the on-site laundry room.

Beyond that: three homes have a private outdoor patio, three are corner units with extra windows, three have extra storage, and the eight on the top floor are the quietest in the building.

Parking

Free street parking. This stretch of Rainier Ave S is non-zoned, so there is no permit to buy and no meter to feed — spaces are first-come, first-served. If you would rather have a reserved, secured spot, there is third-party parking for rent a couple of blocks away. Plenty of residents skip the car entirely: the Route 7 and 9 stop is outside the door and the light rail station is a 15-minute walk.
